No. Each month you can either shop using your token, or skip the month entirely between the 1st and 5th and pay nothing. Tokens accumulate — skip three months and you have three tokens to use whenever you want, each good for one item up to $50.
What exactly is "Skip the Month"?

Skip the Month lets you opt out of your monthly charge for any month you don't want to shop. Log into your account and tap Skip between the 1st and 5th. No charge, no penalty, no questions asked. You can skip as many months as you want.
What happens if I forget to skip?

If you don't skip by the 5th, your card is charged $39.95 on the 6th and one Member Token is added to your account. Each token covers up to $50 toward an item, with pricier items stacking tokens. Tokens expire 12 months after issuance. Contact us within 24 hours of a charge and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
How do I use my tokens?

Your Member Tokens are available at checkout when you're logged into your VIP account. Each token covers up to $50 toward an item, and items valued higher stack tokens (a $60 item uses 2, a $189 item uses 4). Add an item to your cart and tap Redeem at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors with SSL encryption. We never store your full card number. Your billing statement will show "Dharma Media & Technology LLC" — never Intimacy Supply.
Can I pause instead of canceling?

Yes. In addition to skipping individual months, you can request a membership pause by contacting our support team. During a pause, no charges occur and your tokens are held.
Will my orders stay private?

How do returns and exchanges work?

Unworn, unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened intimacy products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Contact hello@intimacysupply.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is defective or damaged.
