Do I have to buy something every month?
No. Each month you can shop with your token, or skip between the 1st and 5th and pay nothing. Tokens accumulate, so skipping three months gives you three tokens to use whenever you want.
What does “skip the month” mean?
It opts you out of that month’s charge. Sign in, open My Account, and tap Skip between the 1st and 5th. You can skip as many months as you like.
What happens if I forget to skip?
Your card is charged $39.95 on the 6th and one Member Token is added to your account. Contact us within 24 hours of a charge and we will review it case by case.
How do I use my tokens?
Sign in to your VIP account and add an item to your bag. At checkout, tap Redeem. Each token covers up to $50 toward an item, and higher-priced items use more tokens.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments go through PCI-DSS compliant processors with SSL encryption, and we never store your full card number. Your statement shows Dharma Media & Technology LLC.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Contact support to request a pause. No charges occur during a pause and your tokens are held.
Will my orders stay private?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain brown box with no brand markings, and we never sell or share your personal information.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Unworn, unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Email hello@intimacysupply.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is defective or damaged.
