1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or purchase any products. By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal right to purchase adult products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and cancel orders if we have reason to believe a user is under 18.
3. VIP Membership - Negative Option Billing Disclosure
Important - Read Before Enrolling
Monthly Charge: On the 6th of each month, your payment method will be charged $39.95 for one Member Token.
Member Token: Each token applies up to $50 toward a single item. Items valued above $50 require additional tokens, equal to the item price rounded up to the nearest $50 (for example, a $60 item requires 2 tokens and a $189 item requires 4). Unused tokens stack and expire 12 months after issuance.
Skip the Month: To avoid being charged for any given month, you must log in to your account and select “Skip This Month” between the 1st and 5th of that month. Skipping is free and does not affect your membership.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your VIP membership at any time by (a) logging into your account and selecting “Cancel Membership,” or (b) calling or texting (559) 334-0826. Cancellations received before the 6th of the month take effect immediately. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Refunds: We do not issue refunds on membership charges that have already processed, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at hello@intimacysupply.com.
4. Products & Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. VIP member pricing represents savings of up to 40% off our standard retail prices. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Product images and descriptions are representative; actual items may vary slightly.
5. Shipping
All orders ship in plain packaging with no exterior brand identification. Your billing statement will show “Dharma Media & Technology LLC.” Standard: $9.95, 6–10 business days. Expedited: $15.95, 3–4 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $59.97.
6. Returns & Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. We do not accept returns on opened adult products for health and hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, contact hello@intimacysupply.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we cover it.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site if you are under 18; resell our products without written authorization; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dharma Media & Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulare County, California.
