Transactional Emails: Order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notifications. These cannot be unsubscribed as they are necessary for your membership and orders.

Marketing Emails: New arrivals, member-only deals, skip reminders, and promotional offers. You can opt out of these at any time.

How to Unsubscribe

1. Email unsubscribe link: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from us.
2. Email us: Send "unsubscribe" to hello@intimacysupply.com with your email address.
3. Call/Text: (559) 334-0826 and request removal from our mailing list.

Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You may continue to receive transactional emails related to your active membership or orders.
