Affiliate & Creator Partner Terms

These Affiliate Partner Terms govern your participation in the Intimacy Supply Affiliate and Creator Program operated by Dharma Media & Technology LLC.

1. Program Overview

Affiliates earn a 5% recurring commission on all orders generated through their unique referral link for the lifetime of the customer relationship, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older. You must have a valid payment method on file. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in affiliate programs is prohibited.

3. FTC Disclosure Requirement

You are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Intimacy Supply in all promotional content. Required disclosure: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link. I am a partner of Intimacy Supply." Failure to disclose may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

4. Prohibited Promotional Methods

You may not: use spam or unsolicited emails; bid on "Intimacy Supply" branded keywords in paid search; make false or misleading claims about products; promote to audiences under 18; use coupon or deal sites without written approval; or engage in any deceptive marketing practices.

5. Commission & Payment

Commissions are calculated on net revenue after refunds and chargebacks. Commissions are paid monthly for the prior month's verified orders. Minimum payout threshold is $25. We reserve the right to hold commissions for up to 30 days to account for refund periods.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with 30 days notice. Earned commissions will be paid through the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
