Packaging & Discretion

All orders ship in plain, unmarked brown boxes. There is no brand name, logo, or product description on the outside of the package. Your billing statement will show DHARMA*INTIMACYSUP - never Intimacy Supply.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping - $9.95: 6–10 business days from the date your order ships. Free on orders over $59.97.

Expedited Shipping - $15.95: 3–4 business days from the date your order ships.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is verified. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. We do not accept returns on opened adult products for health and hygiene reasons. All sales on opened items are final unless the item is defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, email hello@intimacysupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will replace or fully refund defective items at no cost to you. No return shipping required for defective items.
