VIP Membership - Cancellation
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time using either of these methods:
Online: Log in to your account and select "Cancel Membership" under Membership Settings.
Phone/Text: Call or text (559) 334-0826. Cancellations are processed immediately.
Cancellations received before the 6th of the month take effect that billing period. Cancellations received on or after the 6th apply to the following month.
VIP Membership - Skipping a Month
To skip any month, log in and select "Skip This Month" between the 1st and 5th. Skipping is free, unlimited, and does not cancel your membership.
VIP Membership - Refunds
Monthly membership charges of $39.95 that have already processed are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at hello@intimacysupply.com. Billing errors are resolved promptly.
Physical Products - Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Contact hello@intimacysupply.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will cancel it and issue a full refund before it leaves our facility. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order that has already shipped; in that case, our standard return policy below applies once the item is delivered.
Physical Products - Returns
Unworn, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. For health and hygiene reasons, opened adult products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged (see below). Contact hello@intimacysupply.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we cover it.
Physical Products - Defective or Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or fully refund defective items. Return shipping on defective items is covered by us.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds process within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
